Hate to say we told you so, but we told you so. The dapper Colombian sank eight birdies on a soggy Bellerive CC as his fine playoff form continues.

Steve Stricker (another one of our FedEx Cup picks would you believe? Damn we're good) holed a 35-foot birdie on the last to put him in a tie for second with the annoying Kenny Perry, the lumpy Tim Herron, the affable Stuart Appleby and the er, er... Andres Romero.

Other names in the mix include Tim Clark (T7), Sergio Garcia, Anthony Kim, Phil Mickelson and Ernie Els (all T12). After Villegas, Justin Leonard is the best of our picks (T21), but Chav Campbell has got a lot to do on three-over (T60). Guess that's what happens when you wear Burberry...
