"Look at what dropped through my cyberbox today... this new SensoGlove, designed by some earthling called David Bauer.
The built-in sensors on this computerised bad boy send out a loud signal if you're gripping the club too tightly, something that experts such as myself know is a fundamental swing flaw. It turns my lights on, that's for sure. Be sure to check out www.sensoglove.com for more info."

The Cobra Camo Stand Bag - Venomenal!
The bag of choice for every bloodthirsty golfer (we'll have all three, please...)

We've got a bit of a bee in our bonnets about bags for life (it's the supermarket chains' way of making us feel guilty about their rampant profiteering, in case you were wondering), but we'd have these babies from Cobra for keeps, no problem.

The 9-inch cam-style teflon-coated bag has 7-way velour lined elliptical top and 3-way full length dividers, with a new patented Izzo Comfort Swivel double strap. Many of the best bag-manufacturers have dabbled with camo, only to back off from going into full production. Hats off to Cobra for their all-guns-blazing approach, with all three patterns.

Price: £110. For more info, visit our friends at Cobra here.

Designed to carry used notes and a bowling ball...

We're not shallow, honest. Sometimes we have a yearning to immerse ourselves in the rich history of the game - learn more about past exploits, heroes of the ages and all that good stuff. And sometimes we want to look at nice pictures of  stuff we like. Like Bunker Mentality's Weekend Bag - a  modern classic if you ask us. BM has been around long enough to know what works and this year's range of shirts, knits trousers, caps and accessories is itse best yet. If you don't believe us, check it out for yourself here.

We want the shoes, we want the shoes, we want the shoes...

Let's face it, when we're not shooting 6-under par off the back tees, we're pulling gnarly moves on our skateboards down Hove lagoon. Well, we would have been once upon a time..

It's the opposite for Eric Koston. One of the best skaters on the planet, he's featured in Tony Hawk Pro Skater games and appeared in Jackass: The Movie. He also loves his golf. Which is why Lakai skate footwear, have produced arguably the coolest golf outfit in recent times.

We've been forever going on about the need for someone to bring skating style to golf. Much as we love our traditional fairway icons - Hagen, Demaret, Chi Chi, Arnie, Player, Sanders, Miller... - as well as the chaps wearing J.Lindeberg and Peak Performance, the skater look is a bit roomier and slouchier - perfect for those of us who first rolled on blue kryptonics back in '78.

'It is with great pleasure that I name you man and Rife'

With all that 'putt for dough' palaver, it always strikes us as odd how few people spend any quality time on the practice green or on finding the right club. And with the dominance of Odyssey and Scotty Cameron on tour, when a golfer sticks a new putter in his bag, people queue round the block to have a look.

Justin Rose has been using Rife putters and the technical spec - using various patented technologies including RollGrove™, the LieAline Custom Fitting System and a 4-point adjustable weighting system are all utilised in the new Two Bar Hybrid putter.

We can't wait to find out for ourselves if this stick is as good as the spiel suggests.
With a price around £129 the Two Bar Hybrid is available in 34 and 35 inch sizes in right hand, with lefties having to hang around until the summer. For more info, visit www.rifeputters.co.uk
