Hang on, where's the thin crust base and the melted cheese?

It's not Haribo, takeaway pizza and Mr Choc delicacies at InGolfWeTrust HQ all the time - just most of it. Fresh from a week of lounging around in France drinking cheap red and eating cheese, Sam Feasey has returned gastronomically inspired. He wins our inaugural Working Lunch award for this smoked sausage and parma ham salad, with mozarella, tomato, black pepper and mixed leaves, and a drizzle of honey & mustard dressing. Next week, Alexis James prepares a Ginsters pastie, with a side order of dry-roasted nuts.
