Jim Furyk: 'Got a spare outfit, girls?'

After a fruitless week at Torrey Pines, I managed to get back to winning ways after a cheeky each way win with Hunter Mahan. But it's not about each way wins, is it? It's about big winners, so bearing that in mind, I've played it a bit safe this week...

Jim Furyk
I'll be the first to admit that Jim's had a poor 2008 so far, what with no wins and only four top-five finishes, but you just can't ignore the fact that he loves this track. He won here in 2003, has enjoyed 8 top-10s in 13 starts at the Buick Open, shot 66 or better on 12 occasions on this course and has never missed a cut at the Buick Open...
Kenny Perry
Without doubt the PGA Tour's form player, Kenny Perry won here in 2001 and although his record at Warwick Hills isn't quite as impressive as Furyk's, his current hot streak makes him a solid pick. Famous last words...
Rocco Mediate
This is certainly not a pick I'd have seen myself making, but before his second-place finish at the US Open, Rocco finished tied 6th at the Memorial Tournament and something tells me that he's going to put in a good performance this week.

There's only one place worth looking for all the best odds, and that's www.thebetdetective.com
