Robert Karlsson kept the funds topped up last week, although I was hoping for a win at 20/1, not just a place. Tempted to back him yet again, but concerned that you might mistake me for a broken record, so I'm going for a trio of fresh picks this week. Cross your fingers...

Justin Rose @ 30/1: not in the best nick, admittedly, but he knows the place like the back of his hand and has come close before. If he's going to show his quality this season, why not at Wentworth?

Martin Kaymer @ 33/1: to repeat my words earlier this season, we're going to keep backing Germany's golfing prodigy until he wins big. This week might be a little early, but I can't be arsed to stick my hard-earned on Ernie.

Ross Fisher @ 60/1: suffered a terrible meltdown here last year, but it's his home track and he sparked into life last weekend, so I'm thinking to myself he might be worth a decent each-way punt.
