Bradley Dredge is inches away from giving the Wales Open its first Welsh winner as Richard Sterne nails his maiden tour title.

Did it rain? Not half and the shot-makers made hay in the Usk Valley, with nine tying for the lead after Round One and 14 players within three shots of Dredge going into the last day. Martin Kaymer faltered and Soren Kjeldsen just couldn't catch up.
